in a world where overconsumption has become the norm, résistance coffee started as an avenue to promote ethical consumption
coffee is a relatively straight forward supply chain; outside of the variable yields during the growing seasons, we ask for better farming and labor practices from the origin of the coffee, and once the green coffee is shipped to the US, it just needs to be roasted (by yours truly)
we roast weekly for orders that come in as the consumer can control how much time they want to give the beans to de-gas (we recommend 1-2 weeks minimum)
