Costa Rica: the country home to the cooler San José

This Costa Rican origin comes from the Valle Central (Central Valley) region, home to the capital of the country. Working with a farm in a more direct manner helps us understand their story and gives us much more insight on how their farming practices are. In this case, the Sircof farm has a heavy emphasis on sustainable farming and respect for the environment.
